Our gym is open 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. with Kisi remote access for members. Coaches are there whenever classes are booked.
No! We welcome all skill levels, from beginners to experienced boxers.
All adult memberships include unlimited access to all corresponding classes (youth or adult) and gym access 7 days a week 6a to 9p.
If even 1 person is signed up, class is on! This is why it's important you sign up for the class(es) you want to attend.
Classes can be booked online through our member portal once you’ve signed up.
Comfortable athletic wear, boxing gloves, hand wraps, and a positive attitude! If you don’t have gloves or wraps, no problem—we offer professional level gloves for purchase at $79 and hand wraps for $10.
If a Central Oregon Boxing Coach approves, you are good to spar. We require headgear, mouthguard, 5 meter hand wraps, and 16 oz high quality sparring boxing gloves for your and your opponents safety.
