Boxing Classes Designed for Your Skill Level and Goals

Open Classes 

At Central Oregon Boxing, we’ve designed our schedule to cater to all fitness levels, personal goals, and experience levels, ensuring everyone gets the most out of their training experience. Whether you’re just starting your boxing journey or looking to fight competitively, we have classes tailored specifically for you. We offer a variety of classes to suit your needs and goals.  

 

With remote door access through Kisi, you can hit the gym 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. to combine these workouts with your in-person classes to maximize every round—and make every session count.

Monday

Fight Team with Coach Whitney

6:30p-8:00p

 Focused, intense, and built for those serious about boxing.
Expect live contact drills, technical sparring, and fighter-style conditioning led with structure and purpose.
Mouthguard required. Show up ready to work. 


Tuesday

Youth Boxing (Under 12)

5:00p-6:00p

 Our Youth Boxing Class is designed to be fun and engaging, offering kids under 12 the perfect introduction to the fundamentals of boxing. Through age-appropriate drills, games, and exercises, young participants will build confidence, coordination, and discipline in a supportive and energetic environment. Whether they're looking to get active, learn new skills, or just have fun, this class is a knockout experience for every kid! 

All-Skills with Coaches Chaz and Whitney

6:30p-8:00p

 Our biggest class of the week—and for good reason. This high-energy session brings the whole team together, from beginners to seasoned fighters. You'll run technical drills, partner work, conditioning, and most nights end with optional sparring. Whether you're here to learn, push your limits, or test your skills, this is where the Central Oregon Boxing community shows up and levels up. 


Wednesday

Fight Team with Coach Whitney

6:30p-8:00p

 Focused, intense, and built for those serious about boxing.

Thursday

Boxing Fundamentals

5:00p-6:00p

Start your boxing journey here.
This required class is designed for new members with little or no boxing experience. You’ll learn the fundamentals of striking, footwork, defense. The key combinations that form the foundation of every boxer’s skill set.
It’s your springboard into the rest of COBG — build confidence, develop real fundamentals.

Open Boxing Team with Coaches Chaz and Whitney

6:30p-8:00p

 Open to everyone who wants to train hard and box right.
Led by Chaz and Whitney, this class blends technique, partner drills, conditioning, and controlled contact. 


Friday

Fundamentals II with Coach David

5:00p-6:00p

 A skill-driven session focused on sharpening mechanics, movement, and timing.
Expect mitt and bag work, defense drills, and conditioning.
Ideal for beginners building confidence or experienced boxers looking to refine the details. 


Saturday

Saturday Skillwork with Coach David

1:00p-2:00p

 We build on the mechanics from Friday and push into advanced combos, partner movement, and conditioning that leaves nothing in the tank.
