Adult Classes
At Central Oregon Boxing, we’ve designed our schedule to cater to all fitness levels, personal goals, and experience levels, ensuring everyone gets the most out of their training experience. Whether you’re just starting your boxing journey or looking to take your skills to the next level, we have classes tailored specifically for you. We offer a variety of classes to suit your needs and goals. You simply pick the membership that aligns with how many classes you want to attend per week, then come put in the work!
Train On Your Time
Included with all memberships, you also have access to virtual coaching by Christian Valverde, hailing from Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico. Christian has developed 1-hour workouts designed to help you stay sharp. With remote door access through Kisi, you can come to the gym 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and follow along with his structured workouts at your convenience. By applying what you've learned in the in-person classes and working with the virtual coach, you can maximize your training time, giving you the best value and use of your schedule.
